Once a donation is successfully processed and transferred to the beneficiary or campaign wallet, it is generally non-refundable, except under exceptional conditions stated below.

5. Donation Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Payment is Completed

If a donor initiates a payment but cancels before the transaction is confirmed by the payment gateway, the transaction is automatically voided, and no amount is deducted.
You will not be charged in such cases.

5.2 After Successful Payment but Before Fund Transfer

5.3 After Fund Transfer

However, in rare situations (fraud, misrepresentation, or campaign suspension), AapkaSahyog.com may intervene and take corrective action.

6. Campaign Cancellation Policy

6.1 Organizer-Initiated Cancellation

Campaign organizers may request to cancel their active campaign by writing to anjorfoundation@gmail.com with:

• Registered email address

• Valid reason for cancellation

Once approved, the campaign will be marked as “Cancelled” and no new donations will be accepted.

12. Payment Gateway Errors
