4. Nature of Donations
All donations made via AapkaSahyog.com are voluntary contributions towards verified campaigns and causes.
These donations are not payments for goods or services, and donors are expected to make them after due consideration.Once a donation is successfully processed and transferred to the beneficiary or campaign wallet, it is generally non-refundable, except under exceptional conditions stated below.
5. Donation Cancellation Policy
5.1 Before Payment is Completed
If a donor initiates a payment but cancels before the transaction is confirmed by the payment gateway, the transaction is automatically voided, and no amount is deducted.
You will not be charged in such cases.5.2 After Successful Payment but Before Fund Transfer
If the donation has been made but the funds have not yet been disbursed to the campaign organizer, donors may contact us within 24 hours at anjorfoundation@gmail.com to request cancellation.
AapkaSahyog.com will review and, if eligible, initiate a full refund minus payment gateway charges (typically 1%–3%).
5.3 After Fund Transfer
Once the funds are credited to the campaign organizer’s account, refunds cannot be guaranteed, as the funds are considered donated for the declared purpose.
However, in rare situations (fraud, misrepresentation, or campaign suspension), AapkaSahyog.com may intervene and take corrective action.
6. Campaign Cancellation Policy
6.1 Organizer-Initiated Cancellation
Campaign organizers may request to cancel their active campaign by writing to anjorfoundation@gmail.com with:

Once approved, the campaign will be marked as “Cancelled” and no new donations will be accepted.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If the chargeback is found invalid, the donor may be permanently restricted from using the platform.
All disputes will be handled transparently and fairly.
12. Payment Gateway Errors
Sometimes, technical failures can occur.
If your payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will automatically be reversed to your original payment source within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway provider.If it does not reflect after this period, please email us at anjorfoundation@gmail.com with transaction details.
13. Fraudulent or Misleading Campaigns
AapkaSahyog.com performs strict verification before allowing campaigns to go live.
